at 4:38 this morning police responded and found an adult female in the water in the 2300 block of boston street. that's on the pier side. she was rescued from the water by officers and the marine unit and taken to a local hospital. right now police are not sure how she ended up in the water and police tell us the information is preliminary and it could change. now officers say there was nothing suspicious at the scene. a person walking in that area saw the woman in the water and immediately...
